Manhatta

Manhatta is a short silent film that takes advantage of new film technology paired with the creative eye of Paul Strand and Charles Sheeler it uses dramatic camera angles to capture the skyscrapers of Manhattan. This film uses title cards from Walt Whitman’s “Leaves of Grass” in order to incorporate an artistic description that is fitting for the film.
